This website is operated by Wynterology. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Wynterology. Wynterology offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of the products and the ongoing COVID19 pandemic. We cannot accept returns on any items. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

However, your satisfaction is important to us. Please feel free to email us at wynterology@gmail.com with any product concerns within 30 days of your purchase and we will evaluate your claim. After the 30 day period, claims will not be honored.

Shipping Policy

Please allow 2-4 business days to process your order, as many of the items are small batch and made to order. Allow an additional 4-7 days for standard shipping/delivery. Customers will be responsible for additional shipping fees for items being resent due to incorrect address entries.

Wynterology, LLC is not responsible for any lost or damaged items in transit with the postal carriers, nor stolen packages/items once delivered. In those situations we encourage the customer to file a claim with the postal carrier. We are not responsible for the presentation of the product once it leaves our facility, i.e. contents of moisturizers shifted in jar, dents, or scratches, melting due to heat from products being left out in the elements, etc. However, do not hesitate to contact us should you receive your package extensively damaged or most of the product spilled out. We will do our best to evaluate and resolve the issue promptly.
